What support can help with

  • Login, account sync, subscription status, and Pro access.
  • Creem checkout, payment records, invoices, cancellations, and refunds.
  • JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC detection, ZIP export, and report questions.
  • CSV import matching, latitude and longitude validation, and presets.
  • Address search, map selection, and coordinate accuracy questions.

What to include in a support request

  • The email address used for your GeoTag Photos account.
  • Your browser, operating system, and device type.
  • The image format involved, such as JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC.
  • Whether the issue happened while reading, editing, exporting, or verifying metadata.
  • Any error message, screenshot, or non-sensitive sample data that helps reproduce the issue.

Do not send sensitive originals first

Please do not email private client photos, personal photos, sensitive location images, IDs, or confidential source files in the first message. If a sample file is needed, support will ask for a minimal test file or a redacted example.

Response expectations

We aim to review support emails within two business days. Complex compatibility issues may take longer because image metadata behavior can vary by browser, format, viewer, and publishing platform.

Product feedback

Workflow feedback is most useful when it includes batch size, file formats, target platform, whether a report was needed, and what was hard to verify before delivery.
