Overview
GeoTag Photos Pro is a subscription product processed through Creem. Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on payment records, account status, usage, technical issues, fraud checks, and applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@geotagphotos.app with the account email, approximate payment date, plan, and reason for the request. Please do not include sensitive original photos in the first message.
Best review window
Refund requests are easiest to review when sent within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Requests sent later may still be reviewed, especially when they involve duplicate charges, activation failures, or verified technical issues.
When refunds may be approved
- A duplicate charge was made.
- Pro access was not activated after a successful payment.
- A verified technical issue prevented reasonable use of paid features.
- A cancellation or billing issue needs manual review.
- A payment record from Creem shows a clear provider-side error.
When refunds may be declined
- The subscription was used heavily during the billing period.
- The request is based on expected ranking, traffic, or sales results.
- The issue is caused by a third-party platform stripping or hiding metadata.
- The user processed files but later decided the workflow was not needed.
- The transaction is flagged for abuse, fraud risk, or policy violation.
No ranking-based refunds
GeoTag Photos does not guarantee rankings in Google Search, Google Images, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, or any other platform. Refunds are not granted because geotagged photos did not produce a specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the payment provider status we receive. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a refund is separately approved.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, the timing of funds returning to your payment method depends on Creem, payment networks, banks, and local rules.
